Our Database Programming Journey
We started ProFluxMaxon because we saw too many businesses struggling with data systems that should make their lives easier, not harder.
Where It All Started
Back in 2023, I was working with a small manufacturing company in Kayseri. Their inventory system was a mess of spreadsheets, and they were losing track of orders weekly. That's when I realized how many businesses needed proper database solutions but couldn't find the right help.
So we built ProFluxMaxon to bridge that gap. We focus on practical database programming that actually works for real businesses – not overcomplicated systems that need a PhD to understand.
Our approach is different. We listen first, then build solutions that fit how you actually work, not how software manuals think you should work.
What Drives Our Work
Three principles that guide every database solution we create
Practical Results
We build databases that solve actual business problems, not theoretical ones. Every table, query, and procedure has a clear purpose that makes your daily work easier.
Maintainable Code
Our database designs are built to last. Clean structure, clear documentation, and logical organization mean you won't be stuck with a system you can't modify or understand.
Real Partnership
We stick around after deployment. Database needs evolve, and we're here to help your system grow with your business rather than become a constraint.
Ezgi Temizkan
Ezgi has been designing database systems for over eight years, with a particular talent for transforming chaotic data into organized, efficient structures. She joined our team in early 2024 after working with several mid-size companies across Turkey.
What I appreciate most about Ezgi is her ability to explain complex database concepts in plain Turkish – or English when needed. She never makes clients feel like they're missing something obvious, even when asking about basic database functionality.
She specializes in PostgreSQL and MySQL optimization, and has a knack for finding performance bottlenecks that other developers miss. Her database designs consistently handle growth better than initially planned, which saves clients from expensive redesigns down the road.
How We Approach Database Projects
Every business has unique data challenges. Here's how we tackle them systematically.
Discovery & Analysis
We spend time understanding your current data workflow before writing a single line of code. This includes mapping existing systems, identifying pain points, and understanding how your team actually uses data daily. Most database problems stem from misunderstanding the real requirements.
Custom Architecture Design
Based on our analysis, we design database schemas that match your business logic. We focus on normalization where it makes sense, but prioritize query performance and maintenance simplicity over textbook perfection. Real-world databases need to be practical above all.
