Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from educational services or these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in Kayseri, Turkey.

Students and ProFluxMaxon agree to attempt resolution of any conflicts through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action.
